Hmm... So, how do I do to send the output of a plugin instrument to a plugin effect? I don't see a "box" for effects in this version...

Having an instrument + a basic effect just after was the point of this program, IMO. Without the effect, it's not as useful.

From the manual that piquadrat kindly provided (thanks! wink ):

Plugin Effect

You can choose to insert a plugin effect (either VST or AU) after your plugin instrument by checking the box in the Plugin Effect section (for screenshots see the manual itself):

If you choose to not use a plugin effect, you will see an arrow through the effect section, indicating that it is not being used.

Choose your VST or AU effect just as you would an instrument. If you enable the Plugin Effect section, but do not load a plugin, no audio will pass through to the output. If you try to load an instrument instead of an effect, you will be warned:

So, don't trust the image from this post and download without fear this app if you used before and want to use the new version. I've checked myself and i can assure you that you can use plug-in effects with instruments (checked with A.N.A. (AU) + Absynth 5 FX (VST)). Also with this version (i don't know if it was able to do it in previous versions) you can use direct audio input from your soundcard to check effects!.
