1. All Native Instruments Plugs released today fails as Standalone!
2. Abyinth Crashs also Logic Pro v 9.1.6 / Lion 10.7.3

Ok .. i have found a workaround "like my workaround for massive 1.3.0" to unlock the Standalone absynth 5.1.0 released from by assign
A fix for the audiounit validation and activation.



Ok guys My workaround for activate and open the Standalone version of Absynth 5.1.0 released from assign.. WORKS perfectly under :

Protools 9/10/HDX

Live 8.2.7/8.2.8

Logic PRO 32 64 9.1.6

Cubase 6 / nuendo 6

Studio ONE 2.x

System:

OSX 10.6.1.2.5.6.8
OSX 10.7.1.2.3.


first:

install "Little Snitch Firewall" when little snitch tell you that a connection with "native.instruments.service center" is pending... "Deny FOREVER"... and apply..

Second:

Install the package provided by Assign and overwrite the vst , the component and the rtas plugin and the standalone version provided by assign in the respective location/paths


Third:

Download a little tool "BATCHMOD"

place this tool on your Application folder or where you want..

Open it and Drag&Drop ( or browse to ) a "absynth.app" from absynth folder and make sure that the setting is the same in the image provided by me:

Make the same things with the component file and the vst and the rtas files

( under logic pro FORCE the VALIDATION with double click. don't worry about the errors. ) you found the plugin under "incompatible) tab in logic drop down plugin menu.


BAT CH MOD ( Settings page ) ( don't worry if the image is present massive.app ) the settings is the same..

Force AU Validation works also without your Tutorial. just by dubble click in Audio Manager, but it's inkompatible plugin.

For validate any AU first install retail pack and validate plug-ins (into Logic Pro, ex.). Quit your host application, change AU to patched and re-run your host. But Absynth AU plug-in patched no correct: this AU run in Demo mode as no patched...

Even resetting permissions doesn't help with this – it says: DEMO mode! damn
Version 5.0.1 is working fine, i'll stick with it.

"For the presets problem i just deleted the com.native-instruments.Massive file, it's in HD/library/preferences and now it's working perfect
For the non opening standalone problem you have to correct the permissions
This works with FM8 too"

I've tested it myself. Now, I wish they cracked Reaktor and Kontact so we can use the rest of the komplete pack.

Guys! Who use it with Ableton live?
I can not use it :( becouse I alwasy get this:

1.Demo mode, or 2.Activate
If I click to activate:

"Tipe your password to allow Service Center to make changes"

What can I do?

i am using ableton and snow leopard and am having the same issue with both the AU and VST will only run in demo mode, i don't care about stand alone...

has any one found a patcher for this yet?
