Oh c'mon... what is it? An unlocked version of a sequencer which never (!) runs out of full-working-demo mode?

Agreed, and its not even a demo mode, its full unrestricted in anyway for 30 days and then its still full unrestricted but theres a splash screen reminding you to buy which lasts for a massive 5 seconds when you start, assuming its the same as the pc version.
Plenty of time to find out that its the best value DAW on the market, you might not like the look, or the workflow but you dont need this stupid cracked version to find out if its for you.
I dont work for them but yes, i paid for a licence so i have a vested interest in seeing them prosper.

Seriously, you can try it before you buy it. And continue trying it for as long as you want.

Reaper should be blacklisted.

And 4.11 will be released soon, so anyone using this will be left behind.

This is NOT my [K] but here the 32-bit version works fine!
No splash screen nor reminders!! I definitely have more luck with it...

Sorry but thanks for what, you get exactly the same program by downloading direct from the reaper website and as they update/fix bugs every few days/week, you will always be behind the curve waiting for a useless crack to appear.

Try before you buy - as long as you want.

There is no real need for a crack.

I kind of like the nag screen. It keeps track of my hours, so I know how long I spend on each phase of the project

@Rolma: Compared with other sequencers, Reaper only knows tracks. There is no difference between audio/midi/aux/whatever busses. One track to rule them all ;)
Great routing options, very cpu friendly, only around 5mb in dl (== fast updates), no unnecessary crap included, the vst(i) bridge is the BEST I've seen yet - everything (!!) will be loaded. No problems like I had in FL/Live/PT...

But it is a DAW! Never stable and solid as LOGIC.

Then use 32bit version. What's the matter? However, you should use 64bit plugins when using 64bit host :P
However, mostly the vst itself is the problem, not the host. I didn't found any vst yet which is not working in 32bit reaper. So?

Stable as hell here, win 7 64 bit, never had a vst crash on me. Do you have a seperate folder for 64bit and 32bit vst's?

If it crashes during the scan, its a bad vst i would think, just find out which vst it is and put it into another folder.

@Rolma One thing i love about reaper, I click the icon on my desktop and 7 seconds later reaper is open and ready for use. With the media explorer open on my second monitor and its ready for me to start making music. I love it, have an idea and 10 seconds later you can be laying down a track, can you do that on any other daw ?

Reaper's current 64bit for Mac is beta, so it's expected to be buggy.

Btw, there is no need for a crack, try as long as you want before you buy, it's cheap if you wanna go legal (just like i did :)), it has frequent updates and is very stable.

I even find it faster than Logic.
