I'm getting this on m1 Sonoma after codesign.
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/AI-Clarity.component: resource fork, Finder information, or similar detritus not allowed.

I did install command line developer tools before codesigning.

** Update. I got it working. I needed to restart computer after installing developer tools, and then do codesigning.
Thanks to the uploader!

Unable to make it run. Ventura. M1. Logic 11.
Terminal says : «  -/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/AI-Clarity.component: resource fork, Finder information, or similar detritus not allowed. »

What a pity!

Made it work using these three command lines:
sudo xattr -cr [path to plugin]
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine [path to plugin]
sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - [path to plugin]

is it me or do the "on/off" samples of this on the dev site sound exactly the same?

Just had time to listen to the samples it doesn't seem to make one bit of difference in the sound. The samples at least the vocals (all I listened to) have so much compression, auto-tune and reverb on them that anything it might do wouldn't help.
