Because protools is including an β€œextra protection”..checksum like, so if you modify the original plugin code it will not work, this is why you can get it working with keygen..without patching..real keygen.

the IP is not the internet, you can allow it, its a internal ip loop I think, use the host apps to block them with internet id, or terminal, both work fine.
the app is called "hosts" Here is the link for HOST and here is the link for Archicheck You drag the apps and or plugins unto it to verify its m1 or 64bit

In Little Snitch create 2 rules for your DAW.
Example for Ableton
1) Drag Ableton Live.app in the LS Window and allow outgoing connection to ip: 226.0.0.1 Port: any Protocol: 17 (UDP)
2) Drag "Volumes/Applications/Ableton Live 11 Suite.app/Contents/App-Resources/Extensions/PluginScanner/Ableton Plugin Scanner" to LS Window and Deny outgoing connection to Hostanames: license01.sonible.com

AUs don't work. Getting the damaged file message. VST and VST3 versions are on trial mode after patching. Tested on Ableton Live, Logic Pro and Reaper.
