reset file permission by something like "Permission Reset app" or manually, it will open in terminal by double clicking then.

I just installed Valhalla Delay from this release and it says Version 2.1.0 Intel while I downloaded Supermassive from the Valhalla website and it says Version 1.5.0 ARM so I don't think these are M1 native.
