The NI-SPEKTRAL DELAY differs from the many other audio effects in that it uses real-time FFT (Fast Fourier Transformation) to split each channel of a stereo signal into as many as 160 separately modifiable frequency bands (even up to 1024 bands internally). The level, delay time and feedback amount for each of this bands can be set separately. Additionally, various modulation effects can be applied to the signal in the frequency domain, which allows for even further sound manipulation.

Oops I was using Pacifist to see the .ksd files..
and I had to install the app to get the presets to come along..
I had initially only installed the AU

The path suggested by Dr.Howard refers to the samples that you can use through the player included in the standalone at the bottom left of the interface. The presets, instead, are displayed in the upper right corner. If you want to know where they were installed, you can find them in Applications/Spektral Delay/Presets.

It should be obvious that 32 Lives doesn't work in macOS Catalina and later OSes if it can't run plugins written in 32 Bit because the 32 Bit Instructions are missing from the OS!

IF YOU WANT TO USE 32 BIT SOFTWARE IN MACOS, YOU HAVE TO USE MOJAVE! IT IS THE LAST MACOS WHICH SUPPORTS 32 BIT INSTRUCTIONS!
