KiTTY | 12.04.2021 | macOS | AUi / VSTi | 267 MB
Do you ever play classic records and think “That. Sounds. GREAT! How do I get that 60s (or 70/80/90s) vibe in my track?” With Finisher RETRO, it’s easy. Our experts have done the hard work and captured the classic reverbs, delays, flangers, tubes, tape hiss and magic for you. Just load RETRO and go!

My release doesn't require an active internet connection, allowing you to stay offline on your production machine.

There's a tiny mistake in the subtitle of the post where it says "AUi / VSTi". It's actually "AU / VST" since this plugin is not an instrument, of course.

The iNFO inside is fine.

Retro is an effect plugin - not an instrument that produces sound.

@lyric8 said he "double-clicked on the Patch.command Then a Document opens in Text Edit"

I believe what he meant was "terminal" not "Text Edit". So he did the right thing .

Retro is an effect plugin so there will be no sound unless there's audio coming from a track insert.

It works! After some trial and error, I managed. Make sure to move the files out of the archives first (like on Desktop) and Batchmod them fully first before placing them individually as per Terminal commands paths (the Terminal commands won't work, copy paste them from .txt into Terminal).

So sorry, but I am BRAND NEW to MacOS, as I have just switched over from Windows (lifelong) to a Mac Studio, first Mac ever. Could someone explain step-by-step the process to install this. It is a bit confusing. I have tried several different ways. I did get Retro to open in Ableton, but it is in Trial Mode. Thanks.
