It works on my Apple M1 with Big Sur. Only the GUI has a few bugs.
For my Intel Mac with Catalina everything is working fine so far.

happy to say that Spire 1.5.6 is working 100% fine on macOS Big Sur 11.1 with Intel Mac.

VST installed, Ableton Live Suite 10.1.30.

No white noise occurring as it happened on 1.5.5, working perfect this 1.5.6 REPACK

This is no fix for Big Sur, Logic Pro X

1. How did you run the patch bypassing access denied warning?

2. Another thing is that the Sound Library window is all dark, I can't see anything. Even though I change the GUI to default it stays the same. Any ideas?

3. I also get a crash message each time I quit Logic.

I answered my own first question:
I opened the patch.command file with TextEdit and ran all AU related commands manually in Terminal. It registered fine.

But I still have the dark theme issue and the crash message

Right click on the patch command > open with Terminal.

No Crashes on Ableton with VST, i do not use AU.

I tried that but it didn't work, but never mind, it works now (ran the commands manually).

I only have the dark GUI issue now. If I click on the sound library fonts are black and also changing the GUI to any other option don't help.

I moved the folder to an external hard drive so i could open the terminal patch, on the Macintosh HD it popped up saying i didnt have permissions to open the patch, on external hard drive you just have to right click and open with terminal.

For me is no problem since i always store the VST and Samples on external hard drives.

Also, I don't have the GUI issue, it looks all good here, maybe because its the VST?

for those who have the permisison restreictions, after a lot of googling i found this

open terminal and cd to directory

cd /to-directory-with-file

then....

chmod +x xxx.command (didnt work for me)

or

sudo ./xxx.command (worked for me)

now io just have a the dark GUI problem and options is just a no go for me as too dark. anyone any ideas for this?
