It's because there's a whole Windows Install inside it running as a VM. BTW, unpacked it's 1 gig in size…

I hope this runs better. The last one was shitty. I was having mmore success with the latest Crossover on Catalina.

it runs keygens, but i tried with the omnisphere keygen where the component and vst should be patched, that failed with Crossover and as well this app here...I only could bring it to work with parallels and do it inside mojave VM...

Don't bother with this app. In my experience, this one does NOT work with a large number of keygens.

Nothing comes close to Crossover, not a single issue faced on Mac OS Catalina so far. Highly recommend getting that.
