They are working perfectly fine on OS X 10.6.4.
I can't check compatibility with older configurations, but there shouldn't be any problem.

1. UnRar
2. Mount the DMG
3. Install the types of plugins you wish
4. Drag'n drop the Waves folder to your Applications folder
5. … And you're done !
Note : Logic users, please run the Waves AU Reg Utility 7.1.app in the WaveShell folder after completing the installation.
