I dont know if it might work...but as the presets are just xml files...here you have the presets from the Windows version. Maybe it also works in the OSX version.

In OSX the path you have to extract the archive should be:
/Users/<your_user_name>/Documents/

Finally after extracting my archive the path should look somehow like:
/Users/<your_user_name>/Documents/iZotope/VocalSynth 2/

you can find some more free presets...and as there is no different download button for WIN and OSX I bet the presets are exactly the same and will work in both OS.
