After 3 years of using the original Clariphonic DSP, I'd compiled quite a list of improvements I wanted to make. So I made them all, and the result is the Clariphonic DSP mkII, modeled from the ground up by me using all new algorithms and filters.

To my ears, the mkII sounds markedly smoother than the original, and it's considerably more powerful in use. It has 3 modes: classic Stereo, Dual Mono so I can eq each side differently, or Mid-Side for advanced sweetening.

I overhauled the GUI as well, it's a little easier on the eye and a lot easier to use. Between the smoother sound, the 3 operational modes, and the enhanced interface, I'm more proud of this design than any I've done to date, and that's coming from the guy who recently dropped the Tweaker.

I use Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6 and Logic Pro X 10.4.1.

i think it's recompiled for high sierra...
but if i was you , i would try this on a clone ....
MK1 = old clariphonic
SIP Protection has to be disable on Sierra & co

Yes, works on sierra and logic x 10.4.1 and I didn't even replace the dlyb file. I find with all these openssh cracks it is not necessary to replace the dlyb if you've done it once already. If you're uncertain, just try adding the .component file to the correct folder and see what happens. Working fine here..

Yes the lib file still works with latest version of high sierra. Just replace the lib you have in usr/lib with the one in the zip called "libstdc_10.10.2"

Advice for the new ones on Mac computers, don't do it if you are not really sure on how to do it.
Especially if you have original stuff, enjoy making music with what you have, one plugin more or less won't make the song for you.

Sorry, with all due respect, I don't agree with you.
Why put so much fear in new Mac users ?. Experimentation is the door to innovation. If anyone has the will to experiment, I don't see why he shouldn't do that. If the instructions are followed carefully, the operation is not risky and does not cause any damage to the system nor to the legitim plugins/original stuff.
Among other things, if something is not working as it should, then the steps to go back is very simple. If not try at least once you'll never know how simple it is to make a change like that and how much your fear or mistrust can cause you to miss some great opportunities..

Step 1) Unzip the 10.10.2.7 file and you will find the the dlyb file then open a finder window and in the menu select go>go to folder. Then type in
/usr/lib/

Step 2) You will be taken to a folder where you can replace the dlyb file you unzipped in step 1 (make backup of original in case). If you cannot replace the file then more steps are needed. Here they are...

Reboot mac with command R and then go into terminal via the menu and enter this command csrutil disable

Then reboot.

This command will allow you to replace the dlyb file if you couldn't.

Once this is all complete, lastly put the clariphonic.component file into library>audio>plugins>components.

Start logic, should work :)

Video is for superb excellent UBK-1 and not for Clariphonic. Anyway, on develop site you'll find any Clariphonic video tutorial you need.
