As a Professional DJ, I must say that I never see anyone using this.
One time I see a guy using Virtual DJ (Worst set ever), but never this one.

I have to agree with you. I think one of the reason is that the FX are very limited and most of it's features are found in more established software i.e. Traktor and Serato. I'm going to give this a shot as my beloved Traktor DJ Studio 3 won't run on El Capitan (Yet )

UPDATE: I just installed and gave it a quick test. The scratching sound is downright aweful. It looks like turntablism was an afterthought as far as Midi controllers go. Not sure how time-code scratching sounds. I've deleted it without trace from my hard drive.
