I have the same problem, I think the reason cause I installed previous release for intel and there is some folders or files which I have to delete to make it work

This happened to me as well, however, I had the previous (Intel) version from Guiseppe installed, and had installed over that. I used the Uninstaller included with this version and then reinstalled and everything works fine now.

I never ever ever ever install over old versions
Always install fresh .

Would you put fresh bread out for breakfast and mix it with stale bread???.
