Thanks for the share and to the kind person who provided detailed instructions on how to install this app on mac. Wish there was an easier way to install but understand this may not be possible at this time.

The patcher instructions are confusing. Is it "Cubase_14_Patch_Command" or "CubaseFix.command"?

Now for everyone, I hope this makes it clear how to use any Steinberg product without touching SIP.

I have written a Cubase Patch Command that works with every Cubase Pro 14.xx version yet to come. It's a command file that you can run on your OS (Mac only). You still need to download the release! This is only a very straightforward approach to run the patch itself.

Did you install a certificate?
(Instructions - Part B.pdf)

You can verify the certificate by running a few lines in terminal from the patch to see if it's valid. Then move on to the next step.

As John Gilber asked, did you install the Apple Certificates?
And if that doesn't work, did you create your own certificates?
Do these steps and try the command tool after that.

I installed cubase, replaced the K'D, followed the steps, made my own certificate.

Then the patch opened in terminal, it asks to drag the source file from release into terminal, which file is that?

i tried:
cubase.dmg and cubase.pkg
Also tried the cubase 14 app...this file doesn't exist.
Also tried the K'd cubase 14 file in the release folder, and in the Macos folder.

After trying all of these, I opened cubase and it says "no license found, exiting program"

I feel like i am close, but missing something.
Any idea? :)

the source file is the EXEC that comes with the release, holy....making a working manual that everyone understands is a real challenge. Of course, it's not working if you dragged the installer into the terminal. Please let us know if it worked when you drag the EXEC (it's the actual patch form the release) into the Terminal.

Yes i tried this, but it is not working yet.
It is going through the process but has a problem with the activation manager part:
