All the presets are pre-installed, but for those of you that
use the GUI to install new packs - the long and short of it
condensed here - you "basically" (that's TCD way of saying
you not smart if you don't listen, sincerely) need
to Disable "Run all Administrators in Admin Approval Mode"
in Group Policy, gpedit.msc, and reboot. Your previous
failure is a combination of a permissions thing
and Knif/PA failing to listen to Microsoft's best
practices. Technically, Microsoft is on point FAR,
FAR, FAAAAAAAAR more than the general public thinks
and accepts. It is all the other aspects OUTSIDE
of technical about them that are wrong. Not tech,
in almost ALL cases.
Disabling as per above is a "normal" initial step
of setting up a new Windows, regardless if it will
be used for audio or never audio at all.
If the setting is toggled, a full reboot is required
by the operating system for it to be applied and
placed into effect.
