I followed each steps in the VR.nfo file, but when I run Dorico, when I run Dorico, a window tells me to launch the Steinberg Activation Manager. As there is no Activation Manager, I have to quit.

Working on macos Sonoma 15.5. I had to repair patch permissions with "Batchmod" and there if it could be installed, then I started Dorico and did not have the Activation Manager problems. It works correctly.

Have VR stopped the PC releases for Steinburp?
I am still using their last release with the latest versions and it still works perfectly for me. I just always liked to see if they had an update version of their small utility?
