How do I install over previous version without having to add all third party banks libraries? Because the add library will add back some but I will have to manually add alot of them back after each instal

it`s actually very easy.
drop the userdata folder outside the previous installed one.
install the new version. then drop the userdata folder back to your new install. the libs should now show up.

actually thats 1 step NOT needed. Its easier then that. Place the new Kontakt 8.4.1 portable folder or exe..in the installed portable folder thats already there and click install its asks if you want to Overwrite and click yes boom done. Its how ive done ALL portables since version 5.

Newbie question here. Will this portable version play all Kontakt VSTs and not just those compatible with the free player?

I have discovered that many Kontakt releases give the error notice that "this instrument belongs to a library that is not installed currently". Is there any fix for this?

EDIT: I discovered the fix for this by using the library tab and tools there to import the library into the app. Just writing this here in case other newbies like me need to read this.

There are Kontakt releases here on Audioz which are portable releases that do not get permanently installed on your computer. The program just runs in a "portable" temporary state until you close it. The portable program runs the same as the fully installed program.
