Seems that they remaked it with V3 because they lost the right to use the Oberheim name & logo (previously used on V2).

PC users can download the original installer on Arturia site, but you need to "show archieve" in the list, because V2 latest version was 1.4.0.76 and new V3 version is 1.0.0.6116, so the newest version is consided by their listing as older than V2 ;-)
