Xfer Records Serum 2 v2.0.17-bobdule screenshot
bobdule | 26 April 2025 | 1.2 GB
Serum's now legendary Wavetable Oscillator has been refined with additional flexibility. Smooth Interpolation mode allows for near-infinite frame positions in the wavetable (no morph needed). There is filtering, FM, PD, ring mod, distortions and new wavetable warps. Even we have yet to fully explore the outer reaches of what can be achieved by the dual warps available for any of the main oscillator types.

THX, bobdule! Maybe you wanna quickly explain what's actually better in this version vs. the previous two releases?

nothing better, it is the VR unlock.
but in a patcher that don't add a second entry in the program list.
i sended the link for a private use but hidera posted it.

it is only not crossing installers traces. as inno does.
the file will give the same result.

you can check it here

the pacher is made for the version 2.1.7 of the original retail installer.
nothing more.

clean the residual from previous version is up to you. not always needed if the new installer make the clean before update the sofware, as NI setup.
