When you open the plugin for the first time after turning on the computer, it takes approximately 4 minutes or more, there is a chance that the DAW will close by itself when opening the supercabinet tab

not to mention that the tab on my down is large, and it is not possible to adjust the overall size, just close the field of view of the elements, concerns that never existed in TH-U v1

Here took no more than 30" the first time, now it's almost instantaneous. Hadn't any issue in Reaper.

Happened to me too. It's better to first open it as standalone.

If you have Windows Defender or Microsoft Defender* (Win 11*) add the "Overloud" folder placed in %AppData% to the exclusions list ...if you want to avoid such a long wait. There's nothing to fear inside that folder, is the interactive behavior of the TH-U's componentes what calls the Defender's attention, otherwise u can leave this stuff as it is & prepare a cup of coffe while TH-U loads 🤣😝

That's what I did when I read your comment after the first release. But it didn't work at all. :(

Are you aware that after opening or launching the plug for the first time, subsequent launches of th-U instances are ultra-fast?

Do you see a real difference in launching the first instance with antivirus exclusion and without exclusion?

The first launch took about 30 seconds here, now takes 3 seconds (+ or -). Is your main drive a HDD, SSD or NVMe? I have a Phenom II 1100T, but my main drive is a NVMe (3ºGen PCIe).

Strange!! Perhaps you could try an absolutely fresh TH-U install;

Uninstall by Revo, CCleaner, restart, search for any trace of Overloud's files & folders & wipe them, CCleaner again. A deep Overloud & TH-U searchs through OORegEdt.exe (GREAT REGEDIT MANAGER!) as Admin It's also advisable, and clear all those keys & entries.

Restart & install again.

My ways are tedious for many over here, but is the only way that I've found to get almost everything running more or less decently.

that's most likely not the plugin, but an issue with your computer. hardware drivers, vc++ installations, something like that.
