SIP can be enabled if you are using a certificate to sign the app, otherwise it should be disabled.

Not true. I installed HALion 7, Wavelab 12, Cubase 14, Spectralayers 11 from this release- all work no problem (intel & m2 Sonoma 14.7.4) .

Don't need to disabling SIP at ll ...
follow this link for keep SIP enable ( steinberg product )
in the general , patch works without any issue on my machine ( Hackintosh )

if you want keep SIP disable for any reason ( it's up to you ) , download steinberg cubase pro 14.0.20 from official website and then use V.R patch

in both method , everything is awesome

Permission reset with BatChmod and "Apply to enclosed"
It works well for cubase 14.app but not for :
'/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Activation Manager/license-engine-access.bundle'
'/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Activation Manager/Steinberg License Engine.app'
And after Signing Info from Objective See, I get 'license-engine-access has a signing issue' or 'Steinberg License Engine has a signing issue'
