What is the 'nightmare' exactly? Reaper gets updated quite frequently, it's a larger product with a lot more under the hood so updates are not as frequent, but it's not much different.

You make the assumption that all of these updates are bugfixes when in fact the majority are iterative improvements. If I got those same updates 4 times a month or once a month what has really changed?

It's just interesting, because I question the perspective of these attitudes, as none of them are supported by a tangible problem: look at any of the comments, is there one that points to a fault of the program before or after a given update?

Ohh Mamma Mia... this owl is in pain and needs to be set free. It has been caught in a trap, the nefarious APU circular update. Every week it repeats itself over and over again.
I've had a brainwave... let's set up a fundraiser and convince the developer to abandon the project, but most importantly to change jobs (otherwise who knows what other animal is still suffering).

It'll be the first animal fundraiser on AudioZ that we can all be proud of, It will be a new beginning, I'm sure...
