VB Audio stuff could prove to be a godsend to those who want to record ASIO output from their DAW into Camtasia screen recorder on PC.

With that said, they can be a bit tricky to set up, especially Potato.

I use this program and it is very good. Actually bought it back then. With Reaper's own ASIO virtual cables etc. There is literally no program that you cannot send or receive audio from it is very flexible and useful.
I use it to split my Focusrite's inputs in Discord etc. so that my friends don't hear my dry guitar signal and I also can send back Reaper's audio to Discord with ReaperASIO and also send directly to my headset with no latency it is nice!

It is "no latency" as in I am directly sending to 2 different cables, one directly to my headphones (which has the usual ~6ms latency for most audio interfaces). And the other goes to ReaperASIO and then gets routed from VB Audio Matrix which DOES have latency, I should've been clearer in my post, sorry about that.

Its virtual cables do have latency as in buffer size samples and you can get them as low as your computer allows it to, I've managed to get somewhat low but I never really used it as a real time recording router. So for your question, any virtual cable will unfortunately add some latency depending on their buffer size and sample size.

Thank you. Great tool.
Probably required if you have multiple audio interfaces on the same PC. The gui is not intuitive, but everything becomes clearer with the tutorial videos.
