Component format is still problematic The plugin is still not visible in Logic after installation.

no problem, do codesign and reboot. It'll show up.

I've done a codesign and permissions reset and a reboot, but I still can't find it in Logic. StandAlone and VST3 work fine, just not the AU.

regarding AU:

First, I did a Permissions Reset (with app), then

sudo xattr -cr /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/EZmix\ 3.component
sudo codesign -f -s - /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/EZmix\ 3.component
sudo chmod -R 775 /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/EZmix\ 3.component

and then a reboot,
Never Give Up

Thank You, Thank You, Thank you

I spent 2 hours trying to figure out what the hell was going on. Finally and after following your method, it's showing up and working like a charm. AU is visible in Logic X 11.1.1 OS Sequoia

Thank you; it worked fine in my case, Sequoia 15.1 Apple M1. There's an error in the last command. It should be:
sudo chmod -R 775 /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/EZmix\ 3.component
