FYI, I have the same problem, after 30 seconds the message appears “No License Found - Please switch to Steinberg Activation Manager for more information.”
Too bad :(

Update:
I uninstalled everything, cleaned it up and started again by installing v7.1 V.R (it works without problem) then, I installed this one (v7.1.10) and now everything works perfectly !!!! 👌
(on Mac OSX Mojave)
