I like the product and the dev.
They should get more sleep.
Some presets refer a sample that has "._" in its name and it doesn't exist so no sounds will be produced.
I fixed that.
For Windows users, put preset folders from an archive you downloaded to following path:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Clark Audio\Sunset Pianos\User Presets\

Are still wrong, If you compare the "Aged Grand - Harry Potter" preset from the video for example, it uses another sound library .ch1 file, I think this "._" problem happens for Windows users only, I tried to add this "._" before the library files but no luck :(

It seems you are right.
My fixed preset sounds different from the video.
Then, may be there are missing samples, or "xxx.ch1" went "._yyy.ch1" and "._xxx.ch1" and "xxx.ch1" can be a different thing.
I hope that is the former case.

Ive got the same problem (win). The presets are all mixed up. 1st layer of "aged grand dry" should be "piano - aged grand" etc... but it isn't. also a lot of the presets have weird release layer sounds. i guess the presets are completely scrambled.

same experience here. are the ._ files not a Mac-specific "hidden file" thing? Maybe the presets are from the Mac version?

think so. someone fiddled with them too. there's one ._ file left in the preset folder. i guess someone copied deleted and whatnot.

Is nobody else having this issue? Would imagine this to get immediately flagged on all related sites. Grateful, but it's unusable in this form.

For anyone wondering, this is a pretty great little plugin. I was expecting a lot less in terms of tonal options. If you need a couple of quality regular pianos and a few nice janky things, I think you'll like this.

A mirror refers to a link with a replica, or an exact copy of the data/file being distributed.
Not a preset fix, which could be a dev error that needs revision. Mindless adherence to the rules has no benefit to the community. A peeplink would be appropriate here, versus blowing up someone's inbox.
