New in version 1.0.2:

Equalizer now features a sidechain input and an HQ mode that updates the internal filters at each sample. Since this is very CPU-intensive, the feature also includes an 'Offline Only' mode, which automatically enables HQ during offline rendering and disables it during playback.

Blocking the plugin from connecting to the internet will stop it from working until the network check is complete.
Probably connected to the internet for license confirmation or data tracking.

After installation, the Equalizer.aaxplugin file has appeared in the /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins folder. Protools also opens normally, but the Equalizer plug-in cannot be found in Protools.

its better to use them both, SmartEQ4 balances groups which equalizer doesn't. smarteq4 u can group sounds to reduce frequency clashes by masking and it improves clarity, then you can run equalizer on top of that

Sine no one is complaining, then its only me I guess. This plugin is extremely slow. It takes long to load so I'm not using it but I sure see that its a good one :)

Wavesfactory All their plugin always ableton freez,crush (all ableton freeze 20 second then plugin itself opening after wait for a while) on vst3 ? why this happening do you guys know anything? Help me please
