DSP compressor with groundbreaking attack & release qualities, separate i/o Saturation, and two optional tone circuits.

The Sound of Novatron
Novatron is an analog-modeled compressor that borrows so many sonic properties from so many different classing hardware units that, ironically, it could only exist in the world of DSP.

With separate in/out Transformer Saturation, two optional Tone Circuits, and a monstrous compressor with groundbreaking attack and release characteristics, the Novatron produces the same three-dimensional 'solidity' and tone typically reserved for expensive hardware.

- Requires Xcode to codesign and validate the plugin.

- Does not require the iLok driver to run.

Make sure Xcode is installed BEFORE running our installer! Otherwise
there will be an "installation failed" error.

To install Xcode run "xcode-select --install" in terminal

Yes, Kush is among the better sounding side. Yet, I tried them all (had the subscription) and there was nothing I can’t to with my set of pro tools ;)

No need for xcode.
Use supplied installer
It will give a message that it failed to install but it actually has.
Go to your components folder and drag the Novatron au onto the free Permissions Reset app by Ohanaware and reset.
Do the same with the vst if you need it.

Just gave it a quick test and it seems like a really good and versatile compressor.
It can sound as clean or dirty as you like
The GUI is a bit weird but that's something you only have to look at when setting the compressor
With oversampling off it barely touches the cpu and even with it on it's still ok.
It's a keeper.

When you get past the gui it’s really a top three compressor on the market it emulates three different compressor types and you can pretty much model it to sound like any hardware type, you can push it and it sounds amazing.
