works fine on my mac but, for some reason, it kills stereo image of all my mixes. Is there some kind of mono engine inside? (LOL).

I'm not getting the problems raised in comments above.
It doesn't seem to affect the stereo field at all.
To my ears it does what it's meant to and does it transparently.
I did only test it for 10 mins though so judge for yourself.
