FIXED Intermittent audio overload when using the EP Preamp EQs
KNOWN ISSUE Intermittent crashes when Kontakt 7 is used with the following combination: Logic Pro 10.x , macOS 14, Kontrol S MK3. The issue no longer occurs in Logic Pro 11
KNOWN ISSUE Intermittent visual glitches and computer shutdown when using Kontakt on Apple M2 / M3 computers in clamshell mode, or when Kontakt is hosted in GarageBand. The issue no longer occurs on macOS 14.5
KNOWN ISSUE In Pro Tools, Kontakt window is cropped when zooming larger than available display size

Yep, it's a known issue with the VST version (AU is ok) that affects all DAWs. NI is investigating, but no idea when a fix will be implemented. Kontakt 7 is a mess compared to K6. More CPU use, more RAM, and that new browser is a resource hog. As always, NI stated they are aware and working on a fix, but this has been reported since the very first version of Kontakt 7, and is still not fixed. Unless you really need a library that only works in K7, stay in trusty Kontakt 6 .

Go to Windows Security->Protection History-> Threat Blocked (Severe) and restore file

Hey guys! quick question, how do I update from earlier version of KTK 7 by Bobdule? Do I just unzip the files and replace them over the early installed one?? I'm asking cuz it's mjy first time using these versions as I find them more stable and works well than original. Any input is welcome

You can just install over your old version and follow the steps for patching. It's really easy.

oh the loading times must be why this hasn't been mirrored on the "other" servers yet. I'm still using the older version i downloaded from the "other" servers. Smart man whoever they are.

been having some issues with this version of Kontatk that I've never encountered before with other bobdule releases, most prominently the issue where Ableton can't scan for the plugin even though it can pick up other vst3 plugins located in the same path as where I installed this

Both plugin or standalone, loading sometime is fast, sometime is extremely slow, even kontakt window disapprears, however, it apprears in the process tab of task manager.

A strange thing happens to me after working with Kontakt Player 7.10.5.
I never had such experience.
After working with Kontakt, the shutdown option causes the system to shut down, but the computer still remains on.
It's not a virus, I scanned all the files. I am using Win 10 Pro 22H2. I tried all the recommendations, but nothing helped. Has anyone else encountered this problem.
