FIXED In Edit View the UI of the Kontakt FX Freak was incorrectly initialized
KNOWN ISSUE Intermittent crashes when Kontakt 7 is used with the following combination: Logic Pro 10.x , macOS 14, Kontrol S MK3. The issue no longer occurs in Logic Pro 11
KNOWN ISSUE Intermittent visual glitches and computer shutdown when using Kontakt on Apple M2 / M3 computers in clamshell mode, or when Kontakt is hosted in GarageBand. The issue no longer occurs on macOS 14.5
KNOWN ISSUE In Pro Tools, Kontakt window is cropped when zooming larger than available display size
KNOWN ISSUE Please note that if you have updated to Kontakt 7.10. from a version before 7.9, you may need to reselect your audio device on first launch (macOS only)

it is about komplete now instruments showing demo when re opening a saved project.

this NI joke was corrected, i added one bypass more.
to a precise location in kontakt that don't break the user serial and subscription status. rather than a brute bypass that cut all.

the activation fix use a new way to follow the NI changes.

Hi Bob!

I installed it as described, with the new patch. In standalone mode, I added the librarian with the File/Option button, then scanned it by clicking on the gear icon in the lower left corner. Everything works perfectly in standalone mode... However, when I use Kontakt as vst in Cubase, the instruments only run in DEMO mode in the older reloaded project, and after a few minutes it goes silent. What could be the problem?

Hi Bobdule,

After uninstalling the previous version, and installing this one and patching, multiple libraries are coming up as demo. Tried uninstalling and re-installing again and still nothing.

When using the patcher, the font goes very weird and sometimes the patcher crashes. Have tried on multiple machines with the same issue.

Example demo library is Damag 2 by heavyocity. Only way to remove demo is to close the project and re-open it. This is in Ableton 12.

When using Kontakt Standalone, the libraries do not show Demo status.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Even tried running patcher as admin and still nothing.

Hi Bob!

Unfortunately, there are additional problems... Yesterday I reloaded the instrument in question in the project. It worked fine... Then today I load it again, and it disabled the sound from the start, citing that it is not activated... Fortunately, there is only one Kopntakt instrument in this project, but there are several included, so practically every time I load it, I have to delete the instrument within Kontakt, load it again, then set it up again... The snapshot helps somewhat, but I can only do that if I load the new one... In other words, for older projects, I have to load a Kontakt into a new instrument track, into which I copy the settings one by one, then a snapshot, and then load them again and again every time I open them for each project... Is there a solution to this?

you are so reliable in delivering the latest versions, it's unbelievable!
I have a purchased license for all this stuff, but it's much easier to use your versions, especially if I want all the nice libraries...

NI introduced time limited licences (monthly subscription)
so the activation have to follow the call check to never show activate or demo.

this fix don't break the legit user status.
you can still see the alert about your expired period without breaking the library activation.
it 's a cosmetic detail about the hacking done.
more legit compatible than the previous.
no need to delete expired ras3 licences and no surprise opening a project.

thanks for your efforts bob, I know they changed their protection, so far the last patcher worked for me, also disabled ntkdaemon so it doesn't try to connect to access, which was screwing me up once a day to reset all serials from NI.

Odd behavior still going on with this... After using the Kontakt Button to add libs, Crosstalk Piano appears in the rack when I run standalone, but is missing when I run as a VST. Anyone have a potential fix for this? Why would it only recognize a lib in the VST?

Hello!

I uploaded it with the new patch, but unfortunately it only runs normally in standalone mode... If I load a saved project, the instruments run in DEMO mode, or it doesn't even load with an expired license message... Unfortunately, I can't find the older version, 7.10.1 portable version freezes my DAW... Cubase 13 Pro with purchased license.

Does anyone have any ideas on what can be done?
