Imagine gatekeeping music so hard you must tell others what's allowed and what's not... Creativity comes in any shape and form, even tho these melodies are not something spectacular sometimes all you need are 3 or 4 notes to ignite a more complex idea inside your head.

tested it, but not fan prefer remidi ft scaler for melody, and chord isn't difficult to do with scaler. and rapid composer more complex but give much more possibility

The problem when they dropped the old orb composer for this new producer suite is that now it's difficult to create something for an entire song.
Even with the chaining blocks active you are lenght limited.

The chord plugin is the base for all the others. You think that you could "drop" a midi chord track just in case you already have it and want only to use the other modules, but if you try to drag into, it mess much of the chords that you have already prepared. Also there is the problem of multiple chords for measure. If you try to insert more than one chord for each measure you have to manually correct all the bars. You could try to use only one measure in the chord plugin and live input the chords from another midi track or vst plugins but then the software AI create a pretty simple arp,melody and bass because it doesn't have enough "lenght" for develop a good motive.
But if you need something fast (more than rapid composer...) and use this one (for example with scaler) to create some short lenght phrases with only one chord for measure, probably at the moment this suite it's your best option.

Hello Lou Ulfark!, I have some answers

(tests done only with Vst3)

For now, I've only been able to drag midi to the Orb in ableton live 12.0.
I couldn't do it in Fl Srudio nor in Reason 12.5.3. These errors are likely due to my system configuration. of course, any defense turned off, to avoid interference.

I don't see vst3 in Fl Studio, but it works in Reason 12.5.3, without drag midi to the Orb function, in my case.

possibly try Bitwig, let's say it's the real medical plugin.
