That is a CLAP to VST3 wrapper, for using CLAP only plugins as VST3 Plugins in your DAW.
THats the old version, i am not entirely sure which clap-wrapper version i did use. Could be 0.40.
Compiled by myself, so no mirrors. Enjoy for example nakst plugins in a VST3 compatible DAW.

Leave a Copy of this Compiled File (wrapsaroundyourmom.vst3) in this Path for future Plugin Wrapping Steps
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3


1- Rename this Compiled File (wrapsaroundyourmom.vst3) to the CLAP Plugin you want to use as a VST3

2- Put this Renamed File in this Default VST3 Path :-
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

3- Make sure your CLAP.x64 Plugin with the Exact Name is in this Default CLAP Path :-
C:\Program Files\Common Files\CLAP


4- Do that for every CLAP Plugin

When I download the zip file from github, I have no idea how to get a vst3 out of this....

you need to compile the source code, it isnt easy took me a few tries.

If i have more storage on my device, i could try to compile an update, bcs thats like a year old, so its not the recent 0.80 update, but earlier, but it should load all current CLAP plugins.

nakst plugins are for example CLAP only, and you can also load CLAP plugins, which have VST3 variants, bcs CLAP is the faster plugin format, the wrapper will open the plugin faster as i noticed.

After downloading, the wrapper has the extension "*.vst" so you have to rename it first to "*.vst3" in order to use it.

I'm having no sound when using the wrapped plugin in SAVIHost's VST3 standalone launcher but in my DAW's it works great.

Here's a little batch script to open CLAP, VST2 & VST3 paths quick and easy in Windows Explorer.
I'm using this when copying plugins around manually. Works perfect for placing this wrapper.

ohh i thought i renamed it vst3 as i fixed the name.

savihost has its own problems as i noticed. better try with Live or Reaper.
