Yes, I followed the instructions in the Read me file and installed the ARM version of Adobe CC first. Do this before installing Premier Pro. Read the read me file again. Install the CC before attempting to run the installation file:

"ERROR. Setup file does not exist.??
Before install the app Adobe CC Desktop needs to be installed prior to running.

I did EXACTLY that with no luck the first time.

Everything in your second paragraph down is the read me file.
As I said previously, I already read it.

This one just may be out of my wheelhouse. Thanks for your effort though.

I have the same exact issue. Installed Adobe CC first and then Installed PPRO_24.3. I still get the “Install PPRO_24.3-ALL-macuniversal” is damaged and can’t be opened.

Looks like the Adobe CC ARM version was not included with this release. It is available in other releases for Adobe apps 2024.

I already had CC ARM installed on my apple silicon computer so the installation file opened and installed without issue. OP should re-up this release with the CC ARM file, or else M1/M2/M3 users will not be able to install this release.
