Powered by our new modelling engine, this amp sim closely recreates this 90's classic amplifier.

Every mode available:
Channel Select: Green, Orange and Red channels available; from clean to high gain modern tones.
Channel Cloning: Make either channel have a modern or vintage sound.
Tube Select: Choose between 6L6 and EL34 output tubes.
Power Select: Choose wether or not to run in low power mode, to emulate the use of a variac.
Rectifier Select: Choose between old school saggy tube rectifiers, or diode rectifiers for a tight and modern sound.

On youtube it seemed good ... trying it i noticed that cabinet section isn't good and i unistalled it. Amphub is much superior.
it's a shame that I can't change my rating... given before I installed it

I tried the demo, this is a dedicated Rev F Mesa plugin and I think it's promising in terms of sound. Unfortunately it seems that the CPU load is high in Cubase. (AmpHub is indeed great.)

My observation after a few minutes of use: in the demo and also in the Mocha release, the sound of the standalone version often pops. If I deactivate the pedal section, the popping stops. The task manager does not show high CPU usage. (Maybe it's just my setup.) Among the amp plugins within Cubase, CPU usage is definitely high.

i have a amd 7950x and i don't have cpu usage issues ... but my cpu is a beast!
My observations concern only the sound.
The cabs section is horrible and other dual rectifier sim (as amphub) sounds better...

Thanks for sharing your experience. My CPU is ~ 5 years old, it cannot be called a beast, although the other standalone amp sims work smoothly with it. It could be the CPU, it could be the sound card driver, luckily this is the only problematic amp for now. I don't think the cab section part is that bad, although I use 90% of everything with 3rd party IRs or IR plugins.
