Both are killing impulse response of percussive sounds. Drums instantly sounds fake and digital. When main frequency part of the snare for example are hit, highs are late in time\phase.

what do you even mean by "killing impulse response"??
From your last sentence i guess you say that the plugin would split the signal based on different frequencies ranges and then delays the high frequencies. would be stupid to program a plugin like this and i cant think they would do this. but i didnt test either of the two plugins yet..
its very hard to understand what you mean and even take you serious when you seem to mix up very common terms in audio all the time.. for example highs are late in time/phase. what would that even mean? time is clear. the signal would be delayed. but phase is the amplitude in a signal which is positive or negative. it could be delayed to make it phase coherent or whatever but i never heard the term that something is late in phase..

The same with your use of the term "impulse response"

In the most basic terms, an impulse response (IR) can be defined as the time domain (time vs amplitude) response of a system under test (SUT) to an impulsive stimulus.

i guess you meant Transient? because a percussive sound is mostly defined by its transient. and that could be messed up by plugins like this. but also others are known for smearing transients for example. even sometimes this might even be favoured by the mixing engeneer. so a lot of times there is no wrong or right here...

the thing is i see you often express a very strong opinion on a lot of topics and plugins and you act like you have a very deep knowledge of things when in fact you seem to have no idea what you even talk about and just express your opinion to make you look smart and get attention. thats not a good look at all.

EDIT: i truely miss FINALMASTER who was always very usefull with his unbiased plugin checks based on facts and REAL knowledge by pointing out certain aspects of plugins like THD, IMD and a lot of other stuff.. also he was humble af..
