When I update, I always uninstall the previous version. With the last update of VR's autotune Pro 10, the uninstaller also uninstalled the Vocal EQ version. This is the case again here. If you install the Vocal EQ again, Autotune appears in the software list and not the Vocal EQ. Something is going slightly wrong here... can anyone confirm this? Thanks to VR. for the updates

Yes that's correct. It's a mistake of UninstallDisplayName inside Inno Setup Vocal EQ plugin installer Script - hence; Vocal EQ show as Antares Auto-Tune Pro in Add/Remove Programs therefore uninstalling one will break the other.
Kinda like Conjoined Twins.

If what AstroNommy says is correct (I have no reason to doubt that) then search the registry for the displayed name in add/remove programs and change it to the correct name, this will then be reflected in the add/remove programs with no negative consequences.

That would only be cosmetic. You then have both entries in the software list as it should be (Autune and Vocal EQ). However, if you uninstall Autotune, the Vocal EQ is also gone. As AstroNommy correctly described, the error lies in the installer script and in relation to the uninstaller *.EXE. Since I also have problems with VR's Autotune 10 with CB13 (crash splash screen at startup - ARA initialization) I have now installed the Vocal EQ and changed the name in the registry. Then I installed R2R's Autotune version 9 and everything is OK again. I'm convinced VR will get this under control at some point! Suggestion... the problem with the presets should actually be avoided if you save your individual presets in the DAW and not directly in the plugin.

Because - as R2R perfectly explained in their last Antares release(s) - the Antares releases by VR are not properly cracked and therefore crash.
No offense @VR (and their fanboys), but that's just the facts.

Bro you at least used it? Does it crash your DAW? I use the last 10.2 V.R version and never had any problem in FL studio, every sample rate lots of plugins togheter.

You could potentially wait forever or how do you know there will be an R2R Version? Afaik R2R hasn't done an Antares release for quite some time.
