Can some1 specify where to put the license folder. Directly in Application Support on library, or into user/library/…?

Hey guys. So I'm following these instructions and it's still asking for a license upon opening. Any idea what I might be doing wrong. Initially I was trying to do it in the library/application support folders...then I did the User/Library/Application support and made copies of those an put them in there but no dice. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here
