i will explain my problem i had with the 7.60 R2R version
i uninstall the precedent version 7.52 by Bob
I install this new one with the patch
i run in Studio one 6.21 with no problem
Kontakt 7.60 Full version working great
i run my music test with 2 track on each track one Kontakt vst3
10 minutes later Kontakt pass to full version to demo
i don't know but i have to run the last keygen and it's work for 1hours and i run kontakt and this go back in demo mode
i was starting to be crazy after so many test

i install the "Kontakt 7.5.x Generic Patcher.exe"
and surprise every thing now is working Perfectly

beware of the NTKDaemon service that overwrite silentlly the licence from a registered account.
trial or legit.
simply put the R2R license in read only to prevent the joke.

this service replace licenses even with no NI product launched, they put a timer in licenses, a check is done every hour for subscriber accounts.
read only mode is the only solution.

all the trial or free products are subject to license replacement, not only kontakt but FX, reaktor, guitar rig 6, etc... Komplete start & komplete Now trial... and maybe legit more.

i updated the generic patcher to 7.6.x (the previous fail to link the button)
and added a R2R fix that works on 7.6 in case you want to use it.

Hi Bob! A couple of inquiries - Is this full version? If yes, does it have built in Library Management or is there some outside tool doing the lib's?

Also, would simply disabling or deleting that "NTKdaemon" solve the problem once and fora all?

Whenever I connect to the internet, there is an error in kontakt vst(kontakt error d:jws ce92c1 -0 sources libs nilibs gp src common init gp.qop:55)
Standalone opens normally. My daw is blocked by firewall. Is there a host to block kontakt from the internet?

there is nothing to block
usually gp mean graphic processing
as a graphic card check at launch (init)

do you use something to force the open GL mode (against the black screen joke)?

ohhhh thanks to bobdule for this!!! i had the 7.6.0 R2R and all modules was on DEMO MODE. with bobdule version now they all works good!!

I only have one question.

i want to buy the native instrument machines mk3 . can i use both the machine in legit mode and all other in "bobdule" mode? :)

it need to be launched from a .cmd file.

set QSG_RHI=1
set QSG_RHI_BACKEND=opengl
"C:\Program files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 7\Kontakt 7.exe"

launch Kontakt or your DAW this way.


it need a directX 11 graphic driver, the windows default graphic driver can also replace the nvidia driver. but don't enable multi screen.
you can manage system driver, or use a cmd command to launch in forced mode

Thanks for sharing. I just tried this but unfortunately not showing in vst3 plugins within Ableton. It is in the folder, but Ableton doesn't see it from the plugin browser. It was working fine with the last version I had installed Kontakt v7.4 BobDule. Standalone v7.6 works. Any ideas please?

you can rename the.vst3 to force a new scan, then rename as original after or not.
sometime load Kontakt player original first

or delete the ableton database.
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Ableton\Live Database
to make a complete new scan of all the plugins.
(rescan plugins from ableton is not allways working)

Thanks for the reply/info. I really appreciate your work, and taking the time to problem solve, fair played to you!
I had already tried the VST rescan within Ableton, with no luck. So I uninstalled v7.60, then installed v7.52 BD, and had same problem, so I ran your patcher and VST3 worked within Ableton. I might install this v7.60 again and try your patcher manually, to see if that works. (although, on reflection I probably should of tried this first )
Or is there a better solution ?
