Nope. The installer is not broken. This release is the same as the Ohmforce site. It's a manual install. Sadly, no classic skin to chose from.

Just grab your old 'classic' copy, 'show package' and copy the MacOs contents with the classic option over then update the info plist with "<string>OhmBoyz-pro-classic-AU</string>" and copy over the resources folder .. bingo, classic version works ;-)

hmm no this doesn't work, just tried it in Sonoma.

Renders the plugin 'invalid' in Cubase 13. Did exactly what you said, copied the MacOS classic resource and edited the plist...kills the plugin...

the mac version is locked to the funky skin, the idiots at Ohm say this in the read me...idiotic move, I bought the plugins and their lame site doesn't even allow me to register the legacy ones 'error'..this company had brilliant products and has been run very incompetently over the last decade.

Actual macOS Solution :

Ok ignore all the previous hacking tosh...

1. copy the old classic plugins in their entirety into your plugin folders...
'show package contents' on the broken
"OhmBoyz-162-macosx64-au-pro"
"OhmBoyz-162-macosx64-vst-pro" and
"OhmBoyz-168-macosx64-aax-pro"
installers. the full plugins are in the folder structure...

2. Important : absolutely delete the first step (placing the auth files) from their current 'free' catalina install instructions if you've first tried those.
This will prevent the 'classic' builds from working in, at least, VST hosts, prob the other formats too...Just use old serial numbers from those old builds...their 'new' free serial numbers will BREAK any hacked catalina current plugin trying to be in 'classic' mode.

3. Delete any plugin 'blocklists' from your preferences. Restart DAW.

4. Classic builds work fine, latest Sonoma. What a shame this company has been so badly run, why would you trust their new products?

Once I've sorted them all out ill make an archive for Sonoma users...maybe a script to place all the crap...seriously, they couldn't have been more lazy.
