M1 here, everything working perfectly!
Only reason I installed this is because of the stem separation, but oh boy is the UI weird (for me as a Logic user). Hope it's worth it to learn this thing.

In case after logging in, it tells you to activate, just install the patch once again.

I think most people want it for the stems and if they ever caved and added it to Serato Sample then most wouldn't bother with Studio. If you are coming from Logic then I doubt you'll want to use it to make a complete track, more to get a few loops/sections down and then export them into your preferred DAW, and for that it's pretty quick and easy to learn the UI/workflow since it was designed more for DJ's wanting to get into production. Which makes it good for getting ideas down quickly, especially sample based stuff, but pretty limited and frustrating if you are used to a more complete DAW.

Okay if it works on m1 I might give it a try. Currently using the original version of serato to playback ANY track from beatport cloud and route the stem-only-audio internally onto Ableton track input.

I tried this and Hit MixnRip is much easier to get separated stems from. Like you a logic user, the UI was hard for me to figure out.

If you are just looking for a stem separator, then yeh, there are more tailored tools for that (with varying degrees of quality). If people just wanted to use Serato Studio for that then they could also just use the free version, but free or paid would require a lot more steps to just render straight stems over other options.

Same for me on Mojave, but I didn't fully uninstall the previous version and just did what was in the install instructions. Will give it another shot after a few others confirm that it's working.

It requires a Serato account and the app will prompt you to login to the account via your browser for verification purposes.

I'm using Ventura 13.4.1 on an Intel Mac and I'm experiencing similar issues. It seems to be running a trial version after applying the patch.

works for me on Catalina.
- i've created a second Serato-Account, just to be safe :) (my main Account has a legit Serato-Sample-License)
- my Firewall blocks just the Plugin-Scanner from Serato, but the main app has Internet-Access (this is the key point i think)
- if you open Serato-Studio for the first time you need to be logged-in to Serato in your browser. In the browser you'll get a prompt, which asks for the permission to open the Link with Serato-Studio, just click "ok"

I also have legit Serato DJ and Sample so setup an additional account. I tried your method and I still get the "no internet connection" message after clicking OK(the only thing I didn't do was block the Plugin-Scanner in my FW, but I didn't get the impression that you were suggesting that was a requirement).

I tried to clean out all the system files (like savedstates), but there are definitely some that are being left behind because it remembers the logged in account in Studio and still has my library there after I reinstall

Just did this and interestingly enough discovered that Serato Studio and DJ share the same "Seratodj" license file, so it messed up my legit licenses for my other serato products.

For people who got it working perhaps it gets around this, but I get the impression that this is not a good patch to run for people who already have legit serato dj products.

(Deleting the seratoDJ license file thankfully did resolved my legit seratodj from not working though)
