Tested and working on intel mac! Just 1 correction for the de-quarantine command: The correct command is 
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Resolume\ Arena/Arena.app/Contents/MacOS/Arena

For intel mac users: Where it's written in the instructions to open the app with Rosseta, just open the app normally like you open any other app. I used crossover to run the keygen

For some while now i am not able to perform codesign on my m1 max Ventura 13.4.1
So, I am skipping releases like this one afraid I might loose Waves altogether if I try to update from working installation...

"sudo codesign --force --deep --sign ..."
gives me:
"The following argument was not expected: --deep"

Can anyone help?

Do you have command line tools installed? If not so you may need to install them first.
Open Terminal and type xcode-select --install. Click install on the popup window and let it install. I truly don't remember if restart is needed after installation is completed but if yes so do it. Now try again the codesign command (for me sudo was not necessary with the codesign command)

I do have command line tools, but I tried nevertheless. I get:
"xcode-select: error: command line tools are already installed, use "Software Update" in System Settings to install updates"

There are no updates in System Settings available...

I also tried without sudo - same thing - "The following argument was not expected: --deep"
If I ommit "--deep" I get: "libc++abi: terminating due to uncaught exception of type std::runtime_error: Only ad-hoc identities supported, requested: '/Applications/Resolume Arena/Arena.app'
zsh: abort codesign --force --sign /Applications/Resolume\ Arena/Arena.app"

Any suggestions?

for all apple silicon user: crashes on startup in ventura, same as official demo versions... resolume still has no remedy. something to do with openGL phase out on macOS... avenue strangely works fine. but no keygen for that one...

I have tried it on Sonoma.
After installing the software, it opens. But after substituting the Arena file, it immediately crashes on open without any error reporting.
I did all the 3 passages in Terminal successfully.

Now I managed to get it work. I did not know that for opening an app in Rosetta, you need to open the get info window of the app and there you find the option "Open with Rosetta". After checking that option, Arena opens. Thank you JammuAnd for the release.
