anyone facing problem like me?
- disabled SIP (done)
- install Library Manager (done)
- install Nuendo (done)
- apply patch (done)
- {only if need) fix microphone access (done)

Then i always got "application not responding" while nuendo scanning vst3. it stuck on that process, until i eventually have to force quit.

i wonder why, because v12.0.52 worked just fine.

System used : MBP 13" mid2012 running MacOS Ventura 13.2.1

boot to Safe Mode and disable VST3 scanning, see what happens, if it does ok, could be some VST3 plugin incompatible or corrupted.
