FYI, try to not combine the other team release with this, as for me it broke the other release, i believe it has to do something with the symlinks option so be aware.

it's advisable to avoid installing releases of the same company from different teams, it doesn't always cause issues but it usually does.

It occoured to me also. Not a issue with VR but VR's Arturia FX Bank MAY crash with another team plugins on the project. it's not a rule of thumb. but may occour from time to time with me (and i thought i was the only one)

"Error when trying to copy a file - run out of memory" Any ideas? Can't get it to work for the life of me :(


EDIT: FINALLY found a solution

navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\SubSystems

Right-click the Windows entry, and then click Modify

find: "SharedSection=xxxx,yyyy,zzzz" in Value data

change according to this scheme:

SharedSection=xxxx,yyyy,zzzz
For 32-bit operating systems, increase the yyyy value to β€œ12288”;
Increase the zzzz value to β€œ1024”.
For 64-bit operating systems, increase the yyyy value to β€œ20480”;
Increase the zzzz value to β€œ1024”

Absolutely no idea why this is happening and why other users don't seem to have the problem. I am running 64gigs of ram and never had any problem like that. Seems like the installation is highly compressed. Anyway, now it finally works :) Me happy

Thanks a ton! Was cleaning up all disks and rebooting several times, but nothing helped. Also weird with 20TB of space and lots of RAM.. Hope this works :)

Still having the same problem..

Select action
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTPlugins\Arturia\desktop.ini
An error occurred while trying to copy a file:
Out of memory.
And after skipping this file same with Plugin.ico and all the .vst3 files.. :/

Yeah, was exactly the same for me but the steps described resolved the problem instantaneously. Maybe you wanna confirm again you did everything correctly?
I also uninstalled all other Arturia releases first (don't forget to do some manual clean up, the installer creates Arturia folders in many different places). Also check this guide for any additional info:

EDIT: what worked here:

1 - ABSOLUTELY uninstall any and every trace of legit or non legit Arturia from your system
2 - Copy the VR folder to your root system (should be something like C:/Arturia/installer.exe)
3 - Open the installer as Administrator
4 - Enjoy

I was having this for earlier versions, I uninstalled everything related to Arturia, then downloaded again 2023.3 release but now my plugins don't load or scan properly in FL studio. Scan status is "error", hence doesn't load or open. Anyone had this issue? I'll try this release as well but 2023.1 & *.3 didn't work

now i am a bit confused... didn't anybody mention this would work fine with the arturia v9 collection from r2r? because for me, this does NOT work. r2r release still runs fine though but the fx collection says "couldn't open the vst3-plugin". does anyone have any ideas how to fix it?
