Fixed !! Just uninstall the previous bundle, and install this as fresh install . All of them work like a charm ! The issue is with the previous bundle installation it doesn’t let this one to install completely .

Congratulations. I had uninstalled the previous version but had not cleaned the files. It worked fine when I deleted the folders in Roaming and ProgramData.
