It seems that a folder named "Shared" is missing for each size GUI window. Location is like this (using 100% as example):
"C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Matrix-12 V2\resources\bitmap\bmp\100%\fx\Shared"

I found this out by using "Free File Sync" to compare with the R2R release: V.Collection.9.v9.4.0-R2R-2022.12.15.

I copied the missing folders and made a folder structure so it can be dropped into the "ProgramData\Arturia\" folder for convenience. It's here: Matrix fix


As always, back up first (Just backing up the "Arturia\Matrix-12 V2\" folder is good enough. This does not overwrite anything and just adds a folder for each GUI size).

It is possible that there is something else needed, as I have only played with the Matrix-12 for about an hour overall after adding these files, but it seems to fix it.
Stevie Dude has also added this to his and it fixed the loading at least.

GUI Error on Matrix-12 both VST2 and VST3

Issue encountered: User presets won't save in vst2, and in vst3 plugins will crash when trying to save new presets (Using Ableton Live 11).
They seem to work fine apart from that.
