I just got done stripping the security Pace blocks from all the free ones, and then installing on all of my machines. Phew. There were 11 left that were not updated for the community, and after I finished with one, I considered making a bundle of all 11. So, this saves the need for that and a lot of work. THANKS V.R!!!

There is TEQ-421 not listed in info that's included too. It must be new I guess.

Damn. I appreciate Team VR but their releases are always unstable to me. They always get me errors on scanning, cpu spikes, save file recall errors and other random bugs I don't get with other teams; makes them unusable on sessions, so I had to avoid them for a while. But no disrespect here!

I will keep it on this specific release since, well, it is here: There's nothing "extra" or "wild" going on in the patches and nothing that could or would cause any instability or any type of failure. All the plugins are portable here too: Try renaming any folder in %appdata%\Voxengo to have .bak, then start the plugin of the one you renamed and you will see it is still registered and well, not demo. But ya, nothing here is going to cause any type of instability in a project or otherwise.

When I first looked at what V.R did, I couldn't believe it and sort of learned something new. For one of the patches - Instead of the plugin calling a function, the call is changed to a mov instruction instead, keeping the function's address intact. So, call xyz function, no: mov xyz address into eax instead.

And I see it is your first comment. Welcome. And @ Musiclogo: Thanks!

You wouldn't think it, but constantly people tell "thanks for x86!" and similar. So, the TCD releases all have that, and for both x86 and x64, the PACE/security blocks are stripped. What I actually did was extract V.R's release here, then deleted all I didn't need, to make a personal update bundle of it. And someone asked specifically about that in pm too, and of course, I told how. You're very welcome. Rock on.

There is said in your info:
r8brain PRO 2.9, but the latest version on website is 2.10 (though r8brain free version is still 2.9,but PRO is 2.10).
Is here r8brain PRO 2.10 and you just forgot to fix version number in info? Or here is older PRO 2.9?

I love the single installer's for downloading and simplicity, I just wished VR bundles allowed choosing which to install.

quote by TeamCubeadoobyHere is version 2.10. V.R made a cameo guest star appearance in it.

Can you choose which plugins to install ?

I tried some plugins, they are still in demo mode..

Seems there might be an issue with the patch.
I use TEOTE and Peakbuster on my master bus and both cause audio dropouts (~ every 50 seconds in the file) when offline rendering.

Going back to the previous bundle fixes the issue.

No other plugins are being used and I didn't have this issue before.

I saw a similar comment on the tracker over in Voxengo-land. I think maybe you guys have the oversampling too high. It is worth a check out, in any case in all of the few seconds to see if it might be the cause.

oh, I just re-read and caught myself - you said offline. Ok I will test it now and edit when I have a basic result on or off of the problem. I set them both on max oversampling while rendering, so it is going to take a bit.

It is interesting that Elephant works correctly. Wave file, sample type 48000 Hz, 32 bit floating point. I don't know, maybe you can make the same settings for the other plugins.

Ok well, test above is done, and indeed it does exhibit severe attenuation every 50 seconds, like clockwork. I had it render 18 minutes by accident and when I noticed, I just let it go to end.

Now, I am testing the same exact thing with TEOTE-TCD only. 15 minutes to render 5.5 minute track, once again, max oversampling for offline render set.

-- Ok, it's done and that too exhibits the problem, unfortunately. It seems to be that Voxengo added something new to the protection. It's a good first guess, anyhow.

I will test now at 4x oversampling, just because. Maybe it is literally a technical glitch in and of itself and not to do with licenses or patches at all. If all other plugins are cool, then I suspect this to be the case.

It rendered perfectly at lesser oversampling values. It looks to me like the plugin (TEOTE) simply has a fault needing updating by Voxengo and it's not a license/patch issue. "Auto" oversampling too renders perfectly. 1x, 2x render perfectly. 4x remains untested.

Yes, and LF Max Punch does it too, VST2 and VST3.Dropouts at every 50 seconds.

Just installed, found r8brain PRO to be version 2.10, but is in demo mode, sadly. :(

Edit: I installed the TeamCubeadooby (TCD) 2.10 release on top of this VR Bundle and it seems to have fixed the problem. It appears that what's included in this VR Bundle for r8brain PRO is using a non functioning key. If you install 2.10 from the official installer and then use the last available r2r keygen (for r8brain PRO 2.7) you get similar behavior.

Currently used EBusLim & TEOTE, and their are audio drop outs every 50/45 secs, not sure if happening to the rest of the bundle but I guess it has gone back to demo mode, had to uninstall this version.
