What’s Inside?
Different monsters for different genres: the Gorilla plugin includes 3 preamps and the simulation of 3 studio standard bass amps.

Preamps
The green one is the most versatile and can deliver a clean, warm sound, while the drive button delivers a distorted and fat tube sound. Inspired by the famous Aguilar hardware.

Yellow offers a wide range of sounds based on the legendary Super Bassman all-tube amp and is the best choice for modern rock sounds.

The orange module is what you're looking for in the classic Ampeg sound of the Heritage series. Powerful bass with punchy mids will solidify your mix.

Input
The Gorilla features a 3-way splitter that gives you full control over your final sound. Each section is equipped with a compressor and a saturator. These can be mixed to your taste.
Want to rock out with your band without a guitarist? No problem! The built-in octaver in the input section turns your bass into a wall of sound machine.

Standalone
There is no need to open your DAW to use Gorilla. We do care about guitar players that simply want to have easy to use rig at fingertips. That is why we are providing standalone version of the plugin for everyone.

Easy And Advanced
The Main Window is a hub for quick, all-around changes to the sound. Pick a preset, change a few main parameters and you’re ready to go. Expanded ne-sections unveil the true power of Gorilla, revealing options and parameters that open up a whole new world of guitar sound.

Aurora IRs
An unprecedented mixer with four custom IRs is all you need to create your desired sound. Or you can just load your own favorite IR and quickly get a familiar tone.

Tuner
Fast, Accurate, Simple

State Recall
Try new tones without looking back. Quickly compare the changes you’ve just made. Globally or for each ne-section separately.

Artist Preset Packs
Play within seconds using an array of presets curated especially for Aurora Craft Series by musicians and producers like Kristian Kohle, Scott Elliot and Cultifact.

Nice, MOCHA. I will install it and see how it goes. I suspect it is going to be just fine and if it is, it shall relieve TCD from further revision. As is, there is a version without needing ANY supporting files at all and it is working, but this might be even better. Thanks!

Very nice! I already see that it did not create nor access appdata\local\myrrddz4maigap36owrlubamay4sjmi and Win-Net folder is completely absent at ProgramData, and it is all working well. That's what the TCD revision does too, but this is likely cleaner, I suspect. The revision uses more CPU than necessary (was working on that, now, heh) and this is "clean," no problems. Rock the heck on. I think this did the trick.

How to reduce the screen ? I don't have a settings menu, although it is present in the picture.

Only the standalone has a Settings menu. You can click and hold the bottom right of the window of any version, and drag it diaganolly to your suited preference.

If it is too big for your screen to be able to do that, then editing this file might help instead: %appdata%\Aurora DSP\Gorilla\Gorilla.settings

Try to change the similar part to this: val="1621

For sure, it makes it only a fraction of the size here when set at that. Originally, it was 1927 or some similar number.

Failing that, it is worth a try to open it with that file renamed to .bak to see if it did anything to help being able to access the lower right corner.

I did not find such a file, maybe it is created when the size changes, and can you specify the path to the folder more precisely?
Thanks anyway.

If you copy the line above, starting with the "%" and paste it into Windows Explorer (or Explorer - where you do your files) or in a command prompt, Windows should prompt you about which program should open it. Choose Notepad.

If you get no such prompt, it means that Gorilla had not created it yet, likely due to failure to run well for whatever reason.

Try to run a plugin, as opposed to the standalone. The plugin will rely on your DAW settings (interface + driver) and that will lessen the complications of getting the product to start correctly. It will give you the best chance, compared to the standalone which you have to setup with your driver of choice.
